Puma New Campaign ForeverFaster – Calling All Troublemakers

Titled “Calling All Troublemakers” the German brand has bought out the big guns… and put them in a hot tub. Appearing in a Puma advert where Bolt calls on all troublemakers, adding: ‘Obedience will be discouraged.’ The new advert features Jamaican sprint king Usain Bolt, Italian bad boy Mario Balotelli and golfers Rickie Fowler and Lexi Thompson making an appearance next to scantily clad women and men.

Puma have branded their new campaign “Forever Faster”.

Whether it is reportedly describing the Commonwealth Games as ‘a bit s***’, or setting off fireworks through a bathroom window – they are never far away from the drama. The campaign recognises sportsmen with off-the-wall personalities; drawing on their swagger to promote PUMA’s latest range of products.

A Subway Ad Blows a Woman’s Hair Around, But There’s A Twist

A couple of months back a Swedish subway ad caught a lot of attention in Sweden and on the internet by showing a woman’s hair blowing in the wind whenever a train arrived at the subway. The fun digital subway ad in Sweden for hair-care products was rigged up to recognize when trains entered the station—and then showed a woman’s hair blowing all around, as though windswept by the train.

 

Using the very same concept, Garbergs, Stockholm, Sweden were inspired to create another attention-grabbing display. But this time there is a twist to the story. Hats off to Acer, and I mean literally. They just took the selfie tech to a ridiculously new level.

Last Monday, we were blessed with the Selfie Brush, and today the Selfie Greek Gods have delivered once more with the Selfie Hat.

This is the latest wierd development in selfie tech is basically a giant sombrero and holds an Iconia A-1 840 table held by the hats fold-down flap. The tablet is placed on the hat in a manner that allows the wearer to slide it around the brim of the hat for the ideal selfie.

Xbox cannot explicitly advertise the launch of the highly anticipated first-person shooter Destiny. So, it came up with clever trick to draw attention anyway: Promote a non-existent cologne with the same name as the game.

“The new fragrance by Xbox,” reads the copy on a simple ad (posted to Xbox’s social channels late last week) with a blue crystal bottle labeled Destiny. The equally coy website encourages visitors to check with retailers about Xbox One offers.

The plot is simple: A group of Japanese businessmen are driving through the jungle in their Toyota truck, as Japanese businessmen so often do. But one of them has to pee, so they pull over. We won’t spoil the rest, but it’s definitely weird and actually pretty awesome.

Imagine “What Does the Fox Say“, now picture Psy’s “Gangnam Style” and throw in the Cadbury Gorilla and mix it up well. That’s when you get an Adver-dance-ment.

Its part of a rather clever campaign called “Do the Wakudoki,” in which consumers are encouraged to submit clips of themselves dancing to win a trip to Tokyo (or also some Beats headphones). If you think you have the moves, Do the Wakudoki all the way to Tokyo.

Samsung recently gave away free Samsung S5 to people who were loony enough to jump into Lake Zurich (water temperature is 8 degree Celsius) in Switzerland and take an underwater selfie. Still thinking why? To show that the galaxy S5 can withstand being submerged in water even in lower temperatures.

Yeah that’s the truth. The new Samsung Galaxy S5 works under water. Samsung had a diver in the water who swam over to potential underwater selfie-ers, surprising them with an already wet but still working phone. On the other end of the line, a hidden challenger requested the shot. If they cooperated, a new, dry phone was theirs.

Finally I won’t have to worry about wrapping my smartphone in layers of plastic before I step out torrential downpour umbrella-less. But I’m not sure if I’d jump into a lake for it, though.

Gionee has rolled out a brand new ad campaign for the Gionee Elife S5.5, bragged as the world’s slimmest Smartphone in the present day market. Earlier this year, the China-based company announced the world’s slimmest Smartphone: the Elife S5.5 – is only 5.5mm thin.

The 30-second TVC starts with a fashionable girl making an entry into a sky bar ostentation her fancy new phone. Her friends ask her what it is to which she replies that it is the world’s slimmest phone. Another girl in the same group, jealously looking at her exquisite and fancy device, says that it is nothing more than just a pretty phone. A voice over then starts describing in detail each feature of the Gionee Elide S5.5 and ends saying that ‘It is more than a pretty phone and not made of plastic.’
